Explosives, fireworks, including sparklers and so-called ‘safe and sane’ fireworks, are prohibited.\nViolation of these fire restrictions is punishable by a fine of no more than $5,000 for an individual or $10,000 for an organization, or incarceration for no more than six months, or both.\n
