Rate application

Posted rates are for 2 people per room
2 adults plus 2 children (ages 12 & under)
For rooms with 2 beds
Add $25.00 per additional adult (maximum 4)
In rooms with 2 beds and more than 2 adults
Rooms 161 & 164 have 3 beds
(maximum 6 people w/additional charges)
Kern county fire code sets maximum number of
People per room at total number of beds times 2

Reservation / cancellation policy

Minimum 3 days cancellation notice is required
If a group event, policy applies to each individual confirmation
There is no charge for cancellations received within our policy
If canceled outside our policy, full amount of reservation will be charged
First night rental must be paid at time of reservation to guarantee reservation
Minimum 10 day cancellation notice require on whole house booking (Group Reservation) and for all major holidays including long weekends and special events (Whiskey Flat, Rod Run & others).
Daily check in time: 3:00 pm | check out time: 11:00 am
There are no refunds for early check outs.

Early check in may be possible with extra charge but not guaranteed.

Late check out may be possible with additional charge.

Cash payment require $ 100 deposit. Lost Key Charge is $ 35.

We have 10 pm to 8 am quite hours to ensure peaceful sleep for our guest. Any disruptive guest will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

   Pet Policy

We welcome your dog (sorry no cats) in selected units with $ 15 (Non-Refundable) per night per pet. Guest must disclose a pet at the time of making reservation via phone or  online  or    at the time of check in. Guest must provide a valid credit card. Unauthorized pets will result in $ 200 cleaning fee. In order to make sure you and your pet have a great stay we have some policies that need to be followed.

  • Pet must weigh less than 65 pounds.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the motel premises.
  • Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside of the guest suite.
  • Pet not allowed in the pool area.
  • Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on motel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
  • Damages caused by pet to hotel room or suite, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel will be sole responsibility of the guest. Guest understand that their account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. Guest suite is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.
  • If motel management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for pet.

Smoking Policy

We are a non-smoking facility. We have designated outside smoking area. Absolutely No Smoking inside the hotel room. Smoking inside hotel room will result in $ 300 cleaning fee.
